The 640-square-meter house is located opposite the park and harmoniously enters into a dialog with nature. It fully corresponds to the life scenario of the future owners.
Functionally, the house is divided into two wings. In the western part there are living quarters, and in the eastern wing there is a SPA area and a swimming pool.
In the center of the house, there is an atrium with the main space of the entire interior - a living room and a kitchen.
The task was to create a minimalist status interior that would not lose its relevance over time.
